Professional hand cleaner for workshop dirt
Keep an existing MACO CX-4 supplied with the compatible sealed 4 L cartridge. This refill contains Hand Cleaner Special and is intended for the CX-4 closed-bottle dispensing system.
The approximate CX-4 yield is 800 washes per cartridge. At $60.00 including GST, that is approximately 7.5 cents of cleaner per wash, excluding the dispenser and using the estimated wash count.
For eight people washing three times a day across 22 working days, estimated consumption is 528 washes or 2.64 L per month. Actual use varies with the dirt and dispensing amount.
What it removes
Brake fluid, grease, lubricants, oils, cement, rust, ink, tar, bitumen and lime dust.
Formula and feel
100% natural walnut-shell scrubber. Skin refattening agents. Thick liquid with a fruity scent. Density approximately 0.95 g/cm³; flash point above 100°C. Completely water-soluble for easy rinsing.

Ingredients and allergens
Hand Cleaner Special contains a natural walnut-shell scrubber and skin refattening agents. The solvent-free formula is approximately pH 6–6.5. These properties do not remove the eye hazard or the possibility of an allergic reaction.
Contains CMIT/MIT preservative, which may produce an allergic reaction. Fragrance allergens include benzyl alcohol, linalool and d-limonene.
Use, storage and transport
Dispense a small amount onto dry hands, work in the scrub and rinse thoroughly with water. Wash hands after handling. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using. Store cool and well-ventilated. Dispose according to local rules.
