Privacy and analytics
How HandCleaner handles enquiry details, saved carts, cookie preferences and Google Analytics measurement.
Information you submit
We collect the contact details, company, delivery address, suburb, postcode, ABN, message and selected products you submit through our enquiry forms. We use this information to respond to product, delivery, bulk pricing and account enquiries. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Enquiry storage and email
Enquiries and invoice orders are saved in the website database. Invoice orders include the product prices and delivery address submitted at checkout. An email delivery service sends the enquiry or invoice order to admin@handcleaner.com.au with your submitted email address as the reply address. If email delivery is unavailable, the website displays a saved-enquiry status rather than claiming it was sent.
Cart and preferences
A necessary cookie identifies your saved cart. Your theme and analytics preferences are stored on your device. These functions support cart persistence and your chosen website settings.
Google Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics with consent controls. Limited usage signals may be sent to Google without analytics cookies before you choose. Selecting Allow analytics enables analytics cookies and fuller measurement. Analytics also records product views, cart changes and successfully received enquiries, unpaid invoice-order submissions, phone-link clicks and email-link clicks. Contact clicks indicate an action on the website; they do not establish that a call or email was completed. Contact details and enquiry message text are not included in these events. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain disabled. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer.
Privacy enquiries
