Contact admin@handcleaner.com.au with your order reference, the product and a description of the issue. Photos can help us understand damaged packaging or an incorrect item. We will discuss the appropriate next step.
Your consumer rights
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by these website terms. Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. The remedy depends on the nature of the problem and the circumstances.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges
All purchases are final for change of mind. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This does not exclude, restrict or modify your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods. Contact admin@handcleaner.com.au about a product or order issue before sending goods back.
